7 breakfast recipes that will give you energy for the day

Why is breakfast so important?

Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day. There’s a lot of truth in that. First of all, it precedes all other meals, and for some people the next meal might even come after several long hours of work

Whether you’re hungry or not, it’s a good idea to eat a proper breakfast that will provide your body with the necessary ingredients and elements. It will also remedy fatigue, depression, and discouragement. After just a few days of eating nutritious breakfasts, you’ll notice a noticeable difference.

1. Oatmeal on milk with added fruit

It is worth starting with the popular oatmeal. This is a particularly good dish for people struggling with diabetes and constipation. Oatmeal is simply cooked in milk, adding fruit to it. Strawberries and blueberries are recommended here, but you can also use other fruits.

2. Müsli with fruit and natural yoghurt

Fruit is also a good choice when it comes to muesli. Mix them with blackberries, strawberries or apple. Dried cranberries can be a good addition. Adjust the amount of Müsli according to your needs, and then simply mix with natural yogurt. To this it is worth drinking orange juice, which will perfectly complement the nutrients provided to the body.

3. Roll with cottage cheese and herbs

If you need a lot of vitamin E and folic acid, you will certainly be interested in the combination of graham bun with cottage cheese and herbs. Here you can choose cottage cheese with a prepared blend of herbs, but you can also create your own combination. Among the recommended herbs you can find chives, watercress and parsley.

4. Scrambled eggs with tomato and roll
