When it comes to the size, training shoes for the gym cannot be neither too loose nor too tight. Therefore, it is worth trying on the models you are interested in, having on your feet sports socks, in which you normally exercise during a visit to the gym.

How to choose shoes for running? What should you pay attention to?

The ideal model of shoes for amateur running should be characterized by a soft and at the same time breathable upper (preferably with stabilizing elements, such as reinforcement in the heel area). As far as the sole of running shoes is concerned, it is worth paying attention to its flexibility, grip and adequate cushioning. Of course, before buying it is worth trying the shoes on, to make sure that they are comfortable and fit your feet. You should be aware that shoe models from different brands may differ slightly in terms of the size chart.

When buying running shoes, it is also worth taking into account the type of ground on which we will most often conduct our training. For example, if your route consists mainly of asphalt roads, the shoes should provide more cushioning and foot stability than if you run on forest paths.

Many people wonder how much do decent sports shoes cost that will survive the most intense running or strength training. As experts point out, the minimum amount that is worth investing in this type of footwear is 150-250 PLN.
