Novak Djokovic is one of the most talented tennis players of our time. He can boast as many as eighteen Grand Slam titles. The last one he won on Sunday, February 21.
The world’s first racket, as Novak is often called by sports journalists, met a young Russian player Danil Medvedev in the Australian Open final. The meeting ended with the victory of the Serb 3: 0 – won the ninth Australian major of his career.
The tennis player plays great, but he also looks good. He always takes care of his appearance, whether on or off the court. He chooses perfectly tailored suits to receive awards such as Sportsman of the Year or honorary medals from the Serbian royal family.
On a daily basis, he prefers less official styling, but always opts for comfort. This is not coincidental. Since 2017, the athlete has been working with the Lacoste brand, which has a long history connected with tennis, of course. It was founded in 1933 by the legendary French tennis player René Lacoste.
Today Novak represents the modern face of the brand, combining style with functionality. The collection includes not only clothes designed for sport, but also those in which you can feel comfortable off the court. These are, of course, classic polo shirts with the brand’s characteristic crocodile patch.
For Djokovic himself, what he wears on court is of the utmost importance. He is fascinated with the art of camouflage, so he tries to match his outfit to the color of the court floor. This allows him to create a stronger bond with the place and focus on the game. He emphasizes that it affects his mood. As you can see this method works for him, because he has been a leader in his discipline for a long time. Congratulations on another historic victory.
